The Workroom

With stunning sea views it will be hard to choose whether to gaze out the french doors or to feast your eyes on the abundance of flowers waiting for you.
Pick Flowers
at a local Waiheke Island flower farm…. bucketloads of blooms including anemones, ranunculas, delphiniums and stock in the spring…. garden roses, dahlias, scabiosa, foxgloves and zinnias in the summer
Create
beautiful hand tied bouquets and vessel arrangements, wreathes, garlands, meadow flowers and large floral installations….. inspired by the garden, by a wedding brief, by the Dutch Masters, or your own floral muse

For those of you who are ready to pursue a long held dream of working in the world of flowers we offer the FLORALS 1 & 2 career level course. Our past graduates have gone off to work for other florists, plant their own flower farm or start their own business…. from wedding flowers to farm bouquets to florals for occasions and events.
